alabaster offering

September is Alabaster month and we will be taking up an Alabaster offering throughout the month. If you need an Alabaster box, we have some available in the foyer. You may place your offering in the big Alabaster box in the foyer.

Children’s scavenger hunt

The children’s scavenger hunt will be held on Friday, September 17th from 6-8 pm. If your child would like to participate, please sign up in the foyer or contact Heather Sullivan. There are postcards available in the foyer that you are encouraged to use to invite your K-6th grade family members, friends, and neighbors.

Tree of Life Fall Food Drive

Tree of Life  is holding a Food Drive on Saturday, September 18th from 10 am to 1 pm.  Items requested are:  soups, pasta, pasta sauce, bagged rice, dried beans, cereal, ramen noodles, and oil.  Items may be dropped off behind their food pantry at 954 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg.

Trunk or Treat is back this year!  LCN will be having Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 23rd, time TBD.  More info to come soon!

virginia district “man camp”

The District will be holding it’s first VANAZ Man Camp at the Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center on October 29-31. The registration deadline is Thursday, September 30th.  Please visit www.vanaz.org/mancamp for more information and to register.
